From The Market: Trading Activity By Institutional Players

Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net Buyers in the equity segment worth Rs 860.9 million on both BSE and NSE on June,27, as per provisional data available at NSE. They bought equities worth Rs 19144.7 million and sold equities worth Rs 18283.8 million.
While, Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs include banks, DFIs, Insurance and MFs) were net Seller in the equity segment worth Rs -150.7 million on both the BSE and the NSE on June,27, as per provisional data available at the NSE. They bought equities worth Rs 7093.1 million and sold equities worth Rs 7243.8 million.
